We offer a 10-day return policy starting from the date of product delivery. Refunds will be processed upon receiving the returned item, and exchanges are possible. Please make your purchase mindfully. Before requesting a return, kindly review the following conditions.

Refund Policy

• Eligibility for Refunds is only available for products that are returned in their original condition within 10 days of purchase.

Refund Process

• To request a refund, please contact our customer support team with your order details.

Refund Timeframe

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Once approved refunds will take 3-5 working days to be credited into the beneficiary’s bank account, excluding the shipping cost, i.e., the amount you paid solely for the product. Return shipping charges would be borne by you.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Incase of exchanges, we will initiate the process within 1-2 working days and the replacement will be delivered within 5-7 working days.

Cancelation

We strive to provide you with top-notch quality products, and all orders are checked thoroughly before shipping to avoid any inconvenience. Cancellation of orders is possible within an hour of placing the order. Once the time frame stipulated has been exceeded, it cannot be canceled. No cancellations can be accepted for those products that have been ordered on special occasions (these are limited-occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible).
